Proptech platform Tenantcube has raised $250K in a pre-Seed round from angel investors including Archana Priyadharshini, Ashish Sharma and Rob K. Dawson. Girish Mathrubootham and Arvind Parthiban are the existing investors.

The finances will be utilized for additional expansion of the sales and administration coordination.

Launched in 2019, Tenantcube aims at providing a total start to finish renting experience for landlords, property managers, and tenants.

The company helps landlords and managers easily market their properties on numerous destinations, gather online rental applications, screen tenants, digitally onboard them, gather rental payments, and track costs.

The SaaS-based firm is targeting DIY landlords and small property managers in North America with under 200 units, which is estimated to be worth more than $2.6 billion in the same district.
