PlanetSpark has raised .5 million from Prime Venture Partners and more

Edtech platform PlanetSpark has raised $13.5 million from Prime Venture Partners and angels including Binny Bansal, Deep Kalra, Ashish Gupta, Gokul Rajaram, and Shirish Nandkarni, in a Series-B round. PlanetSpark had recently raised $3.7 million in past rounds from Prime Ventures, FIITJEE and several angel organizations.

The newly infused assets will be sent towards business development, item improvement and international expansion.

Established in 2017 by Kunal Malik and Maneesh Dhooper, PlanetSpark is an ed-tech platform for communication advancement. It offers live 1:1 classes out in the open speaking, creative writing, storytelling, debate, podcasting, stand-up parody and verse for youngsters aged 4-16 years.

The Gurugram-based firm said that it is growing at 30% month-on-month and has coached understudies with more than 1 million classes across 13 nations. It became 45x over the past year and plans to become further by 30x over the course of the following two years.
