Narayana Murthy Inspires School Children at Mount Everest School, Urges Them to Surpass His Achievements

Infosys co-founder N Narayana Murthy recently imparted valuable life lessons to students at Mount Everest School in Byatarayanapura. Speaking on September 3 as part of the Times of India’s ‘Teach for India’ Leaders Week, Murthy encouraged the young audience to aim beyond his own accomplishments.

When asked by a student how to emulate his success, Murthy responded, “I do not want you to become like me…I want you to become better than me for the greater good of the nations.” During his one-hour session with students from classes 7 and 8, Murthy emphasized the importance of discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and the value of giving back to society.
