Minimalist packs  Mn drove by Sequoia

Homegrown skincare brand Minimalist has raised $15 million in its Series A round led by Sequoia Capital India with investment from Unilever Ventures.

As indicated by the organization, the assets will be used to increase its infrastructure and R&D capabilities, content curation, and worldwide expansion.

Founded by Mohit and Rahul Yadav, Minimalist provides a range of skincare items including serums, toners and moisturizers. Professing to serve over 1 million customers, the brand retails through its own website, alongside e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart and Myntra.

Over the previous year, new age beauty and prepping brands are drawing unprecedented interest from investors. Recently, MyGlamm, a D2C beauty brand raised an extra $47 million in its Series C round led by Accel whereas Mamaearth had raised $50 million at a valuation of over $700 million.

WOW Skin Science additionally got a commitment of $50 million from Chrys Capital.
