LetsVenture, has raised  million in its seed round

trica, a new entity of dealmaking platform LetsVenture, has raised $3 million in its seed round drove by a clution of institutional and individual investors like Accel and Kunal Shah.

LC Nueva, Secocha Venture along with individuals like Anupam Mittal, Ashneer Grover, family workplaces of Apurva Parekh and Rahul Talwar have also joined the round.

The supports raised will be utilized to work out the technology infrastructure stack for value management for startups and investors, to scale the item and develop the team, said trica in a public statement.

Helped to establish by Nimesh Kampani, trica creates software items for value management and transactions. Trica’s items include Trica Equity and Trica Capital.

The startup claims that more than 350 startups are using its value management SaaS item across India, Singapore and the US.

Trica Equity, in the past MyStartupEquity, is SaaS item for cap table and ESOP management and Trica Capital facilitates investments in development stage and pre-IPO companies from family workplaces, ultra-high total assets individuals (UHNIs) and homegrown and global assets.
