Cora Health has raised Rs 4.6 crore in seed funding

Bengaluru-based sustenance and health food sources marketplace Cora Health has raised Rs 4.6 crore in seed funding led by angel investors Vishnuraj Kunjur, KRS Jamwal, and Ajay Upadhyaya from Indian Angels Network (IAN).

Tholons Capital, Family Office of Apurva Parekh (‎Executive Director, Pidilite Industries Limited) and Kushagra Pant (MD, Nomura) also participated in the round. The company had also raised Rs 1.95 crore in a pre-Seeds round earlier this year.

The current supports will be used to work on its present innovation and expand its client base. The company is also planning to launch an AI-controlled chatbot to suggest personalized items.

The D2C marketplace which offers healthy and nutritious food items from more than 100 brands across different categories, was launched back in 2020 by Snigdha Kumar and Shriji Venkatesh. The brand was also a part of 100X.VC’s Class 03 portfolio.

The startup is presently planning to reach 10 million users in the following 3 years along with income development of 3-4x by the following year.
